WHO WE ARE

Micheal Poettker founded the farm in 1976 alongside his wife and two sons in Aviston, IL. Poettker Farms is passionate about raising the most consistent, high quality, grass fed, Angus beef all while following BQA Standards. The cattle are on pasture and fed a grass diet their whole lives. We care for all of our customers, and maintain strictest quality standards.
